Features Notes: The edition of Falconi doesn't indicate in notes two law references: the former ("ipso tamen ... iugale meo consentiente et subter confirmante necnon etiam et parentibus meis, sicut aedictus contenit"), from LIUTPR. 22, 29, is usual in Italic charters of sale issued by Lombard women till to 12th century; the latter, again about the theme of notexisting coercion in women's acting ("nulla me violentia pati, sed bona et spontanea mea voluntate"), is completed by a literal, very remarkable (and not so common) reference to Cod.
