Here the complete data entry manual can be downloaded so that those interested in understanding how our team broke the charters down can see exactly how this was done. This guide does not contain every detail about how each charter in the database was entered - a third of our documents were individual 'problem cases' which required team discussions to determine how they should be handled - but it does include all the rules and principles that were followed in the process of breaking down and inputting the charter data.
Please also note that this guide contains links to lists and other materials on the project team's internal servers, which will not be accessible to other users.
